“Plano-area installer, family-owned since 1970 (own claim), whose heat pump page covers sizing and says aux heat strips handle occasional cold snaps; it explains the heat pump versus AC-and-furnace tradeoff; no price, license number or address seen.”
“Plano heat pump page says hundreds installed since 1984, fully licensed, insured and bonded, with cold-weather frost and defrost notes; the 30-40% savings figure is versus electric resistance heat, not versus gas; no license number or price seen.”
“Plano office phone 972-312-0703, says serving Grayson and Collin counties since 1975 and advises that not every home benefits from a heat pump, which suggests an honest fit check; no price or license seen.”
“Plano address (250 Chisholm Pl) and free estimates, bilingual, but the heat pump page had little detail on installations or licensing.”
“Page showed only phone numbers in what I read (two 469 numbers); a Frosty's page checked earlier lists a TACLA license, but I could not confirm heat pump details here.”
“Seen in search results; not opened for this study.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
We run the questions your customers ask against your business every month and show you what the assistants saw.
