What each of us actually does
Local Falcon tracks visibility on Google Maps, Apple Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Grok. Its AI scans run the same prompt from every point on a geographic grid and return the answer, the brands mentioned, your position in that list and any citations. It reports a Share of AI Voice, a Buyer Persuasion Score from -10 to +10 and the phrases AI ties to your brand. Plans are credit based, from $24.99 a month for 7,500 credits to $199.99 for 63,150, each with unlimited keywords and locations, and new accounts get 100 free credits. It also offers Falcon Agent, an AI agent that handles Google Business Profile tasks like review replies and posts. It says it serves over 100,000 agencies, enterprise organizations and multi-location businesses.
Picked by Agents monitors the questions that decide your customers' choice, on the assistants in our research network, including Meta Muse and Instinct. Monitoring is $79 a month, month to month. Each monthly pick report shows who got named instead of you, the answer as the assistant gave it and the reason it stated. If you want us to make the changes, white glove programs are optional and priced separately.

- No. Local Falcon lists ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode and Grok. Our network runs its own assistant accounts, including Meta Muse and Instinct, and we only report what those runs recorded.
Can we use both?
- Yes. We ask for no exclusivity. The fixes we recommend land on your own site and profile, so they should show up in Local Falcon's scans too.
