Terms of use

These terms cover your use of pickedbyagents.com and the reports we provide. By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site for a business, you agree on its behalf.

We run customer requests through AI assistants and report what they did, such as which businesses they found, shortlisted, picked or skipped, and why. Free reports and early access are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time. Paid work, if any, is agreed separately in writing.

AI assistants are run by other companies and change often. A report describes what happened in the runs we recorded. It is not a promise of how any assistant will behave later, and we cannot guarantee that any assistant will pick or book your business. Examples marked as illustrations use fictional businesses.

Picked by Agents is independent. Names, logos and characters of AI assistants belong to their owners, and their appearance here does not mean they endorse or partner with us.

Give us accurate information and only submit a website you are allowed to represent. Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to overload it. AI agents are welcome to read the site, within the same limits.

The site, reports and the Picks Index are ours. You may share a report about your own business and quote the index with a link back to it. Do not copy the site or resell our reports without written permission.

Taking part in the research network is also covered by the participation and reward terms.

The site and reports are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Reports are information, not legal, financial or professional advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business arising from the site or our reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
