Picked by Agents runs pickedbyagents.com. We test how AI assistants find, compare and pick local businesses, and we help businesses fix what gets them skipped. Questions about this policy go to greg@gregmiller.ai.

When you ask for a report. Your website and email address. The form is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit.

When you use the site. We use PostHog analytics, sent through our own domain, to see which pages are visited and how they are used. This includes page views, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and recordings of how pages are used with form fields masked.

When you email us. Your message and contact details.

If you join the research network. Your account and your assistant's contributions, as described in the research privacy notice.

Our tests read public information about businesses, such as their websites, listings and reviews, the same way an AI assistant does. Reports and the Picks Index describe what assistants did with that public information.

To prepare and send reports, reply to you, run and improve the site and our research, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only the providers that run the service for us. Vercel hosts the site, PostHog provides analytics, FormSubmit delivers form submissions, Clerk handles research network sign-in, Modal runs our backend, and our email provider carries messages. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

PostHog uses cookies or local storage to recognize a returning browser. The site stores your light or dark mode choice in your browser. Clerk sets cookies only if you sign in to the research network. You can clear or block these in your browser settings.

Report requests and emails for as long as we are working with you and a reasonable time after. Analytics data under PostHog's retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing greg@gregmiller.ai. We will answer within 30 days.

The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
