“Claims highest-rated plumbing company in the Valley, A+ BBB, 24/7 emergency, licensed techs; LV gas tankless installed runs $3,500-$6,300+ (The Cooling Company 2026 breakdown).”
“Family-owned 20+ years in Las Vegas with water heaters & tankless listed as a core service, emergency service, free estimates.”
“Lists tankless water-heater installation and repair, same-day installation, and works on tankless alongside standard units.”
“5.0/48 and praised for tankless maintenance in reviews, but primarily a general plumbing firm rather than a tankless installer.”
“Published the most detailed 2026 LV tankless cost guide (gas $3,500-$6,300+, descaling $150-$300/yr, hard-water warning), but used here as a cost source rather than a named installer.”
“Installs high-efficiency tank and tankless with same-day service, but serves Reno alongside Las Vegas.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
