“Physically located inside 76179 (8506 Spring St) with a Google rating of 4.9 across 471 reviews, family-owned since 1987, open 24/7 with free estimates and full AC repair/install/maintenance services.”
“Addressed in 76179 itself with 5.0-star reviews praising honest pricing, same-day service, and technicians who walk customers through repairs without overselling.”
“Neighboring-zip (76177) local shop with a 4.8 rating from 90 reviews, 24/7 availability, and explicit upfront-pricing, no-work-without-authorization policies.”
“50+ year family/veteran-owned outfit but plumbing-focused and now headquartered in Boyd, TX, with weaker AC-repair specialization near 76179.”
“Based in Aledo, farther from 76179, and its page was marketing copy without verifiable local review evidence.”
“High rating but located in Haltom City 76117, reviews appear merged with Comfort Experts, and one recent review flagged a major pricing complaint.”
“Decent ratings but a detailed negative review reported confrontational service and refusal to honor a contract, a trust concern for repair work.”
“Only appeared in an affiliate-style blog roundup with no independent rating, address, or verifiable review evidence.”
“Same as above: mentioned only in a blog roundup with no verifiable ratings or location details.”
“Mentioned only in a blog roundup with no verifiable ratings or location details.”
“4.9 rating on Thumbtack only; no verifiable business address or independent website found.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
