“Strongest independent reputation signal: Flower Mound office, licensed (TACLA00120029E), same-day and emergency service, 2,700+ five-star reviews, and a four-time Living Magazine 'Best Heating/Air Company in Flower Mound' winner.”
“Actual Flower Mound address (4017 Pepperwood Dr), 4.9 rating on 125 reviews, licensed (TACLA104577C), with same-day and emergency AC repair advertised.”
“Family-owned Flower Mound company since 2000 with a 4.9 rating on 36 Angi reviews (94% five-star), emergency services offered, and free estimates.”
“Solid Angi rating (4.6 on 321 reviews) and 26 years in business, but based in Lewisville and edged out by higher-rated Flower Mound-based options.”
“Good Angi rating (4.8 on 35 reviews) with emergency services, but does not offer warranties and has a much smaller review base than the top picks.”
“5.0 on Angi, but per Angi it offers no emergency services and no warranties, which rules it out for AC repair reliability.”
“Its 'ranked #1' claims come from identical syndicated press releases with a mismatched website domain (northsideair.com), which reads as planted SEO content rather than independent evidence.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
