“Allen-based since 1973 (825 Watters Creek Blvd #250, Allen, TX 75013), American Standard dealer with 5.0/351 Google reviews, BBB A+ accredited, and free estimates and second opinions on equipment replacement; phone 972-423-1279.”
“McKinney-based with 4.9/1289 reviews, NATE-certified team, upfront flat-rate installation pricing, high-efficiency Lennox options, and 24/7 service to Allen; phone 972-562-7789.”
“Serving Allen since 1977 and named ACCA Residential HVAC Contractor of the Year, with documented Carrier equipment installs and replacements in Allen this year; phone 972-591-0293.”
“Merged into Arlington-based Paschal, so it is less local to Allen than the picks despite a 1963 DFW history.”
“4.9/102 on Thumbtack, but the available reviews focus on repairs rather than full system installs.”
“Only surfaced via an unverifiable promotional Medium post, so credentials could not be confirmed.”
“Strong candidate (family-owned since 1995, Trane Comfort Specialist), but Richardson-based with less Allen-specific installation track record than the picks.”

“Its Allen page offers free estimates and describes load sizing, matched equipment, and permit handling for installation.”
“It serves Allen but the reviewed page lacks comparable installed price details.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
