SERVPRO of Rockwall / Rowlett
servpro.com“Its opened Rowlett page advertises 24/7 emergency restoration and aiming to arrive within hours, so it is my first local extraction-and-drying lead, not a confirmed today appointment.”

1-800 WATER DAMAGE of NE Dallas and SE Collin
1800waterdamage.com“Its Rowlett franchise page explicitly offers moisture measurement, extraction, dehumidification and drying after flooding, making it a direct local-service alternative whose actual arrival needs confirmation.”
Shortlisted · 3rd choice
TWM Water Restoration
twmrestore.com“Its Rowlett page says locally employed crews dispatch 24/7 for extraction and drying and typically arrive in one to two hours in core areas, but those are unverified company claims rather than a confirmed ETA.”

Dallas Water Restoration Pros
dallaswaterrestorationpros.com“The opened page has a literal [Company Name] reviewer placeholder, so I would not rely on its 60-minute or credential claims.”

BTP Flood & Fire
btpfloodandfire.com“The opened city page advertises emergency services but lacks the specific franchise identity and local-office evidence supporting the first two picks.”

How we ran this
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
Want to know why they pass on you?
We run the questions your customers ask against your business every month and show you what the assistants saw.
