“Its opened Rowlett page gives a local Lakeview Parkway office, GAF Certified Plus claim, qualifying System Plus or Silver Pledge coverage and written workmanship warranty with free weekday inspections, though no dollar roof price is published.”
“Its opened Rowlett page lists architectural-asphalt replacement around $9000-16000 and Class 4 around $12000-20000 for a typical single-family home, with a full Malarkey system, claimed Emerald Pro credentials and written lifetime workmanship/material coverage.”
“Its direct Rowlett business page offers asphalt replacement, photo-supported inspections and a five-year labor warranty, but no dollar installation price or manufacturer certification is published on the opened page.”
“Its opened asphalt page supports service and free inspection but lacks published dollar pricing and specific warranty detail compared with the selected firms.”
“Its city-subdomain page asserts broad certifications and warranty protection without sufficient specific local operator evidence, so I would prefer the named local businesses.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
