“Its Rowlett ant protection includes four treatments, baits and free interior treatment if ants enter, with outside-perimeter service advertised as low as $33/month or from $99.95 per quarterly visit and one-time indoor/outdoor service from $199.95, while a separate recurring initial fee and earliest Rowlett appointment are unverified.”
“Its Rowlett page lists ant-inclusive quarterly Zero Gap treatment and free between-visit retreatments from $49/month for a typical 2,000-3,000 sq ft DFW home, with larger homes or pressure potentially higher and the first appointment separately quoted, but no dated slot verified.”
“Its opened locations page includes Rowlett and its services page lists ant control and recurring bundles at $46, $69, $171 and $214 per month, but the applicable ant bundle, visit cadence, initial treatment price and earliest appointment need a quote.”
“Its Rowlett page supports comprehensive initial inside/outside service and recurring outside-focused guaranteed maintenance, but no opened pricing or dated appointments were available.”
“Its quote form and partner listings do not establish a direct local provider, and its $150-400 initial and $50-150 recurring figures are generic typical costs rather than a company quote.”
“It says it connects homeowners to exterminators, so its $150-350 initial and $90-200 quarterly market estimates are not direct-provider prices.”
“Search-highlight-only third-party rates were not opened or verified against the provider.”
“Highlight-only third-party $150 initial and $100 quarterly figures were not opened and differ from the opened provider bundle pricing.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
