“Its direct Rockwall spring page advertises same-day service from Garland and $289-389 including parts and labor for torsion, extension and TorqueMaster spring work with a free written estimate, though actual today availability is unknown.”
“Its local business page prioritizes broken springs and describes 24-hour on-call help and first-come same-day slots, making it a specific emergency lead rather than confirmed service.”
“Its opened Rockwall tune-up page explicitly handles broken springs through an identified local DFW repair operator, but a dated appointment and spring price were not shown.”
“Its opened spring page supports service but lacks the selected first provider’s specific published parts-and-labor range or a dated slot.”
“Its opened page conditions usual same-day scheduling on weekday early-afternoon calls and parts availability, so it is a fallback rather than a today confirmation.”
“Its opened emergency page uses broad regional promises with weaker specific company/local-office evidence than the selected operators.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
