“It publishes the most useful scoped asphalt pricing ($9,000-$16,000 architectural, $12,000-$20,000 Class 4), written lifetime workmanship and extended material warranties, Malarkey Emerald Pro credentials and a free inspection.”
“It publishes $8,000-$15,000 for average architectural-shingle replacement, a 10-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer warranty, HAAG certification, free inspection and a nearby Garland base.”
“It claims 30+ years, BBB A+ accreditation since 2009, Owens Corning Platinum Preferred and GAF credentials and same-week inspection availability, though it publishes no price.”
“Its $8,000-$25,000 range is very wide and the opened page did not give a clear local address, license number or warranty term.”
“Its $14,000-$28,000 range is broad and the page says its nearest DFW crew is about 45 minutes from Richardson, weakening local availability.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
