“Its page lists a 701 Hwy 352 Mesquite address and a specific GAF Silver Pledge warranty with lifetime shingles and 10-year workmanship, making it the clearest warranty terms I opened.”
“It claims operation since 2012 with a Mesquite 75150 address, GAF Master Elite status, BBB A+ rating and a GAF System Plus warranty, though those badges are self-published.”
“Its Mesquite page lists a 1106 Cypress Dr headquarters, free inspections, licensed/insured claim and about 24-hour storm inspection response, but gives no price or specific warranty.”
“Its Mesquite page is heavy on generic commercial and insurance-claim marketing with exaggerated response claims and no Mesquite address.”
“Its page offers a strong Owens Corning Platinum warranty claim but uses toll-free and 817 numbers and no clear Mesquite address.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
