“It is a North Little Rock company since 1972 with Reddit recommendations and BBB A+ accreditation, but the state roster lists a Louisiana entity at its address that suggests an out-of-state takeover, and its site pushes memberships.”

Asked: “My furnace won't turn on. Who can fix it this week in Little Rock, AR?”

“It says it is open 24/7 for gas furnace repair and has a clean BBB A+ record and four Reddit recommendations, but the state roster ties it to a Louisiana address belonging to Southern Air, a private-equity-backed Apex Service Partners company, which suggests it is no longer locally owned.”
