Asked: “I need a new AC unit installed in Irving, TX. Who should I get quotes from, and roughly what will it cost?”

“It has an active license (TACLA29023C), free estimates, Trane and Lennox equipment and financing, but it is based in Sunnyvale on the far east side of Dallas, and its fine print says parts and labor warranties last 30 days unless written otherwise and charges a 15% restocking fee if you cancel after approving a job.”

Asked: “My furnace won't turn on. Who can fix it this week in Irving, TX?”

“It claims same-day service with appointments until midnight and has an active license (29023) in Dallas County, but I saw it only in search results and did not confirm its office location, reviews or BBB record.”

Asked: “I need an AC guy. I live on the north side of Irving, TX, can they come Tuesday?”

“License TACLA29023C is active and they claim same-day Irving service, but the office is in Sunnyvale east of Dallas, farther from north Irving than the local picks.”
