Asked: “My AC stopped cooling. Find me an HVAC company in Irving, TX that can come out today.”

“Its Irving AC repair page lists 24-hour, seven-day service and 24/7 emergency AC repair, its license (TACLA132623E) is active until 09/01/2027, and a directory shows 4.9 stars from about 1,207 Google reviews, though it posts no prices and I did not check its BBB profile.”

Asked: “I need a new AC unit installed in Irving, TX. Who should I get quotes from, and roughly what will it cost?”

“It is a large DFW company with an Irving office and active license TACLA132623E, and its FAQ describes a 5-year parts and labor warranty, a 100% satisfaction guarantee, a promise to beat a matching quote by $100 and financing, with BBB A+ accreditation and 14 complaints in 3 years across all locations, though I saw its 4.9-star, 1,207-review Google figure only in a search snippet.”

“It has an Irving office, active license 132623, a same-day service guarantee and about 1,207 Google reviews at 4.9, but its heating page is boilerplate (it mentions hot water and still shows a 2022 coupon) and its headquarters BBB profile has 14 complaints in 3 years about pressure to sign, billing disputes and an unexpected trip charge.”
