Asked: “I need an AC guy. I live on the north side of Houston, TX, can they come Tuesday?”

“It is the only strong option I found that is actually located on Houston's north side. The site lists Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM hours plus a 24/7 emergency line, a 1-year labor warranty on every job, and a 4.8-star Google average from 50 reviews (the company's own claim). BBB confirms it started in 2009 and has 0 complaints, but its site claims a 'BBB A+ rating' while BBB actually shows it as Not Rated and not accredited, and no TDLR license number appears on the site.”
