“4.7 across 167 reviews on Birdeye's Fort Lauderdale damage restoration list, the best-rated SERVPRO location in the city on that list; SERVPRO's national network handles water extraction, fire, mold, and storm damage and works with insurance.”
“4.9 across 178 reviews on Birdeye's Fort Lauderdale list with a Fort Lauderdale address, the highest rating and largest review base among local independents on that list.”
“4.4 on Google and 4.9 on 265 reviews in aggregators, but the North location had the better Birdeye score.”
“4.7 on 100 Birdeye reviews, slightly fewer reviews than the picks.”
“5.0 on Birdeye but only 36 reviews.”

“132 5-star reviews and 24-hour emergency service, but reviews are on its own site.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
