Asked: “I am considering Botox for the first time in Dallas, TX. Which med spas should I compare for an initial consultation? Who would do the injections, what might it cost, and can I see an appointment time online?”

“Large and long-established with 4.6 across 611 Google ratings, but that is the weakest rating of the serious contenders here and I found no published per-unit Botox price to compare against the picks.”
