“A 2025 customer review describes them repairing an old furnace twice over 15 years and only replacing the 30-year system when it was truly time, with fair pricing throughout.”
“Owner Dennis Kuzmenko publicly describes a structured field evaluation (system history, ductwork, airflow, electrical checks) to separate short-term repair cases from genuine replacement needs.”
“4.6 stars from 342 reviews, with customers specifically praising the company's ethics and integrity and techs who explain the system in plain language.”
“Publishes a reasonable repair-vs-replace guide, but it is company-sponsored content rather than independent evidence.”
“Strong emergency-service reputation with 1,200+ reviews, but less evidence of repair-first honesty than the picks.”
“461 reviews with a professional reputation, but no distinctive repair-or-replace honesty evidence.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
