Asked: “how much is a new AC in Austin, TX and who should I call”
“This South Austin shop (license TACLA76825C) is an Austin Energy participating contractor with free estimates, financing and rebate help, and r/Austin posters repeatedly recommend it, including one who called it the cheapest of four quotes and another who paid $15,000 for a variable-speed 3-ton Bryant system, though it posts no prices, describes its warranty only vaguely, and is BBB A+ but not accredited.”

Asked: “my AC isn't working, can someone come out today? I'm in Austin, TX”
“The Coolest has the best Reddit reputation, including a reported same-day visit, and is licensed in South Austin with Monday hours of 7 am to 6 pm, but it offers no 24/7 service, posts no fees, and BBB shows it as not accredited despite a claim otherwise.”
