Grogg's Home Services
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 2858 reviews
“Grogg’s was picked for Parkersburg-specific 24/7 HVAC service and online scheduling, along with published local estimate ranges and a flat-rate price before repair work begins.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
D&R’s pages state 24/7/365 service, but its contact form asks customers to request a preferred date; Grogg’s Parkersburg page explicitly offers online scheduling alongside its local 24/7 emergency claim.
https://www.groggs.com/service-area/parkersburg-wv/D&R describes reasonable pricing but does not publish a Parkersburg furnace check or replacement range; Grogg’s publishes both local price ranges.
