Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Woodinville.
Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning
Picked first in 3 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.6 stars on Google from 1515 reviews
“The market answers favored its Woodinville office, furnace services, long family-business history, and Bryant dealer designation.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The market answers used Bob’s explicit Woodinville office and furnace repair page as supporting evidence; Bassett’s reviewed service pages describe its services and local address but do not provide a dedicated Woodinville furnace repair page.
https://www.bobsheating.com/services/heating/furnace-repairBob’s about page states it is third-generation family owned and operated since 1957; Bassett’s about page says family owned since 1997 but does not explain the family story or generations.
https://www.bobsheating.com/about-us/Bassett offers an online service request, but the reviewed site pages did not show date and time slot selection as Nordstrom’s schedule form does.
