What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
AR states that emergency diagnosis is fixed at £89 and gives a fixed repair price before work begins; the Ho'ton pages I read invite enquiries but do not show repair prices.
https://www.arheatingandgas.co.uk/boiler-repair-houghton-le-springAR says it can often attend the same day or first thing the next morning; the Ho'ton pages I read do not give an emergency availability timeframe.
https://www.arheatingandgas.co.uk/emergency-boiler-repair-houghton-le-springAR publishes an installed boiler starting price of £1,790; I found no installed boiler price on Ho'ton's homepage or contact page.
