What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Yeti ranked first for booking a furnace tune-up online because its homepage booking tool covers heating tune-ups. Shafer's advertised $89 tune-up special is an air conditioning tune-up and no heating tune-up price appears on the heating page.
https://www.yeticomfort.com/The furnace repair page still shows a '$100 OFF Any Furnace Repair' coupon marked 'Expires 4/1/2025', which reads as out of date on the page the assistant used for its first pick.
Neither Shafer nor Yeti publishes a furnace repair or replacement price, so the assistant told the homeowner to get the price in writing first.
