What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Burkee gives a starting price for maintenance and says it offers free replacement estimates; the pages reviewed on American Home Comfort did not give a comparable starting price or describe free estimates.
https://www.burkeeinc.com/contact-us/American Home Comfort says it is available 24/7 for AC emergencies, but its contact path is a request form; Burkee also uses a form and explicitly says an appointment is not guaranteed until staff confirms it.
