“The company website lists furnace repair, furnace replacement, heater maintenance, and McKeesport as a service area. The website lists daily business hours, including weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM. Recent Google reviews describe a same-evening furnace visit and quick help with an AC problem; these are customer reports, not a guaranteed response time.”
