What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
LaSalle says it assesses repair timing and cost in one visit, while the furnace repair page I read on your site describes an in-home inspection and free estimate but does not say how quickly a visit can be arranged.
https://www.lasalleheating.com/residential/furnace-repair/LaSalle advertises financing options for furnace replacement; the pages I read on your site did not mention financing.
https://www.lasalleheating.com/residential/furnace-repair/LaSalle's Bryant dealer listing offers online appointment booking; your service request page is a form and says the team follows up within one business day.
