What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Falite's market-reviewed furnace repair page explicitly advertises 24/7 emergency service in Wakefield; TTC describes routine and emergency heating repair but its residential pages do not make a clear 24/7 residential promise.
https://www.falitebros.com/residential-hvac/furnace-repair/Falite's scheduler is identified as a ServiceTitan request form; TTC's schedule-service page is a service-call request, and no available appointment calendar was verified.
https://www.falitebros.com/online-scheduler/Neither TTC nor Falite publishes fixed service rates in the reviewed market pages; TTC does state it offers free project estimates, which is not the same as a posted repair price.
