What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Green Energy’s Needham homepage says same-day service is available and presents an online booking form; Needham Oil’s homepage and contact page direct urgent service requests to a phone call.
https://callgreenenergy.com/needham/Green Energy’s Needham furnace repair page states it offers upfront prices; Needham Oil’s gas and oil service page does explain that the repair price is given before work starts, but does not surface that claim on the homepage.
