What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
EDS explicitly states 24/7 emergency heating assistance and a same-day heating repair goal; the A.R. Williams heating page describes repairs and stocked trucks but does not claim emergency or same-day heating dispatch.
https://www.edsairconditioning.com/residential/heating/heating-repairEDS' heating page recommends annual maintenance and features Book Online; A.R. Williams offers heating tune-ups and online booking, but the booking and seasonal maintenance path is less explicit on the contact page.
