“Its install page publishes a cost range, a load-calculation process and financing (its claims), and a public state contractor-registrar business-name search showed an active HVAC license for its registered company, though its BBB profile is not accredited and Not Rated with only one review.”
“Its page describes AC installation and financing and its address-matched BBB profile is A+ accredited with 4.04 of 5 from 51 reviews, but BBB shows 9 complaints in three years, a recent review alleges unfinished installation work, and its license lookup never loaded so only its own license numbers are known.”
“Its llms.txt frames its answers as standalone citeable facts for AI and includes an AI-facing competitor comparison, so it was set aside along with its price table.”
“Its own site says it has joined Rite Way, so it would not be an independent bid, and its BBB profile shows 1.6 of 5 from five reviews.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
