“A 5.0 across 499 Birdeye reviews located in 30024, with reviewers praising detailed fix-vs-replace option explanations that make quote comparison easy.”
“Porch reviewers specifically praise them for quoting honest repairs after other companies gave unreasonable replacement quotes, suggesting a fair install bid.”
“A Porch reviewer had their unit replaced last year and calls the work amazing, professional, and honest at great prices.”
“4.3 across 619 HomeAdvisor reviews with free estimates, but a lower rating than the picks and known more for plumbing than installs.”
“Praised for diagnosing an honest repair instead of pushing a replacement, but evidence is a single Porch review.”
“In business since 1985 with Suwanee presence, but no install-quote or review evidence surfaced.”
“30 years experience, licensed (GA CN208467), but only 4 Porch reviews, too thin for comparison.”
“Fifteen years of loyal repeat customers and competitive pricing, but reviews center on maintenance rather than install quotes.”
“Professional and punctual with text communication, but evidence centers on tune-ups, not full installs.”
“Praised as honest and trustworthy, but a single Porch mention provides too little evidence.”
“Competitive install pricing claimed on Porch, but only 10 reviews, too thin against the picks.”

“Longest track record of the group: BBB lists 60 years in business, accredited since 1991, A+, a Suwanee office (1400 Northbrook Pkwy, website link matches), though with 405 reviews and 52 complaints in 3 years (8 in the last 12 months; complaint text not read). Its own page lists licence CN209509 (own claim - the Georgia lookup needs a person's name, so no licence was verified) and advertises financing and a lifetime parts-and-labour warranty. It publishes no install prices.”
“BBB shows A+, accredited, started 2010, 0 complaints and 0 reviews (thin record; matched by website link only - its site address is Jefferson GA while BBB lists Suwanee), and its own page gives licence GA#CR110053 (own claim, unverified) and advertises financing and Daikin installs. It publishes no prices.”
“Its own Suwanee install page claims 30 years, upfront pricing, free replacement estimates and licence CN7948 - all own claims only: no BBB profile was found in two searches and no licence was verified (Georgia's lookup needs a person's name). It publishes no prices. Treat as weakly verified.”
“Own page claims service since 2015, licence CN211083 and financing, but it is the youngest business with a Suwanee-specific page and I found no BBB profile or install pricing.”
“Own page claims 30 years, 1,200+ five-star reviews, licence CN211217 and financing, but it is based in Gainesville, my one BBB search found no profile, and its site lists no install prices.”
“Own page says family-owned since 2020 with licence CR110452 and financing, which is a short history, and I found no BBB profile or prices.”
“Its install page is thin (no licence number, years, financing or prices) and the business is based in Norcross.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
