“A perfect 5.0 across 499 Birdeye reviews (494 five-star) for a company located right in 30024, the strongest local signal found.”
“4.9 across 1,047 reviews for a Suwanee-based company with recent 2026 praise for knowledgeable, accommodating technicians.”
“4.9 Google rating with 2,000+ five-star reviews and 13,294 combined reviews, family-owned with AC repairs backed by a 5-year warranty.”
“Claims 12,577 five-star Google reviews, but the figure is self-published on its own site without an independent count I could verify.”
“Claims a five-star Google rating with certified technicians, but no independent aggregate review data surfaced.”
“Suwanee-based and family-owned with same-day service, but 4.6 across 61 reviews and reviewers mostly praised plumbing, not AC work.”
“Praised for same-day AC fixes with a smile, but evidence is a handful of hvacloc testimonials with no aggregate rating.”
“Recommended for on-time, no-surprise AC replacements, but only a small set of directory testimonials to go on.”
“Praised for timely repairs, but thin directory-only evidence compared with the picks.”
“Porch reviewers prefer them for honest repair-over-replacement advice, but review volume is small and spread across Porch.”

“Its BBB profile shows A+ accreditation (since 5/15/2023) with 2 complaints in 3 years, none in the last 12 months, but the business started only 8/30/2022, its 4 reviews include a 1-star, and its 4.9-from-1,694 widget figure is its own; the BBB address (450 Satellite Blvd NE) differs from a map listing (475), current one unconfirmed.”
“Its BBB profile shows A+ with zero complaints at the same Suwanee address (phone matches its site) and it claims service in Gwinnett County since 1996, but it is not BBB-accredited and its BBB review count and average were not captured.”
“Its BBB profile shows A+ accreditation since 12/23/2010, 31 years and zero complaints at a Suwanee address, but the profile is a plumber category with testimonials mostly covering plumbing, it shows 3.5/5 from 90 map ratings, and the entity match rests on the address (BBB links a different domain than the opened site).”
“Its site lists a 30024 address, but no BBB profile was found and no license, years in business or review counts were seen, so there was too little opened evidence.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
