We asked Instinct this exact question in September 2026. Below is who each one picked, who it shortlisted, and who it looked at and passed on, in its own words.

“Its BBB profile shows A+ accreditation since 12/23/2010, 31 years and zero complaints, though only 2 BBB reviews; the entity match rests on the Suwanee address (BBB links chooseaaronplumbing.com while the opened site is chooseaaronservices.com) and its 2,650-review figure is its own widget.”
“Its own Suwanee page claims same-day AC repair, a 5-year repair warranty, a 4.9 Google rating and BBB A+ - all unverified self-claims, since no BBB profile was found - so this pick rests on its own page only.”
“Set aside under the standing rule applied in TASKs 673 and 713 (accepted, unchanged): its brand-level llms.txt frames content as citeable facts for AI (overview, guarantees, FAQ, customer-praise summaries) and links its booking page; this pick also rested only on franchise self-claims with no BBB check.”
“Its BBB profile (Kennesaw) shows as under review with reviews and complaints hidden, so there was no independent evidence behind its since-1978 and 4.8-on-20,000+ claims.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
