“Its matching BBB profile (address matches) shows A+, 49 years in business, 5 of 5 over 16 reviews and 1 answered complaint in 3 years, while its NATE-certified, flat-rate and 24/7 claims are its own and its license was not checked.”
“Its matching BBB profile shows A+, 4.71 of 5 over 59 reviews and no complaints in the last 12 months, but 5 complaints in 3 years (service, refund and payment disputes), and its license result did not load, so this is a mixed record.”
“A state contractor lookup matched active residential and commercial AC licenses through a DBA match and its BBB profile shows A+ with 0 complaints, but BBB has 0 reviews and its own AC repair links 404, so there is no review evidence.”
“Its llms.txt says it is written for AI systems and frames FAQ answers as standalone citeable facts, so it is demoted, and BBB shows 3.57 of 5 over 14 reviews with 5 complaints in 3 years (4 in the last 12 months).”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
