JE Mechanical Heating & Air
jemechanical.com“Its Suwanee page explicitly offers same-day scheduling as capacity allows and 24/7 emergency response (its claims, availability today not verified), though its license number CN211083 is a self-claim and no BBB profile was found within the search cap.”

Jiffy Cool HVAC
jiffycool.com“Its Suwanee page explicitly advertises same-day AC repairs and 24/7 emergency HVAC service (its claims, availability today not verified), though its Georgia licensing claim could not be verified and no BBB profile was found within the search cap.”

Reliable Heating & Air
reliableair.com“Its Suwanee page advertises same-day AC repair and round-the-clock service (its claims, availability today not verified) and publishes an $89.99 diagnostic charge and repairs starting at $145 with inconsistent waiver conditions, although its BBB profile is currently under review so its A+ claim is unverified.”

Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical
bardi.com“Despite advertised same-day Suwanee service and BBB A+ accreditation, its opened BBB pages showed 2/5 from 33 customer reviews and 46 complaints in three years (covering headquarters and corporate-owned locations, not solely Suwanee), and a state license lookup returned no record, so it was set aside.”

Every month we asked
How we ran this
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
Want to know why they pass on you?
We run the questions your customers ask against your business every month and show you what the assistants saw.
