“Its own page offers San Antonio AC repair with an $89 diagnostic waived with same-visit repair (capacitor replacement $150 to $350, fan motor $300 to $700, published ranges, not quotes), its BBB profile shows A+ (not accredited, 0 complaints, 1 review), and its published license number appeared in the state active-license results, though the address was not matched.”
“Its own site places it in 78254 and its BBB profile matches by address, but that profile is not rated with 0 reviews, its license was not checked, and its since-1986 claim is its own, so this is a thin pick.”
“Its BBB profile is A+ with 0 reviews and 0 complaints, but its pages gave little concrete repair information, no license number, unrelated filler text and a 15-year claim that differs from BBB's 11 years.”
“Its own page publishes a $129 diagnostic waived with repair, but no BBB profile was found to check its claimed accreditation and its license was not checked.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
