Asked: “Who is the best AC repair company in San Antonio, TX 78245?”

“BBB (one San Antonio location profile, 9272 US Hwy 87 E, 78263) shows A+ but 1.6/5 from 72 reviews and 142 complaints in 3 years (54 in the last 12 months; allegations, not findings), a BBB blurb on it calls the company 'Southern Air' (odd mismatch - disclosed), and its llms.txt describes a DIFFERENT company ('Perry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing' in Tucson, linking perryheatingandcooling.com - a domain-entity mismatch, disclosed; no AI instruction; not followed). CROSS-RUN (disclosed, NOT resolved): these figures (1.6/5, 72 reviews, 142 complaints) are IDENTICAL to the figures accepted TASK 826 recorded for Mathews CCAC in Corpus Christi - whether one BBB record is being shared or mis-attributed is unknown. It publishes a San Antonio repair estimate range (low $124, average $372, high $772 - labeled estimates; diagnostic needed, no amount).”
