Asked: “I need a new AC unit installed in San Antonio, TX 78245. Who should I get quotes from, and roughly what will it cost?”

“ONE pick only - the worker did not force three (disclosed); an UNRANKED quote candidate, not a verified best. Its own installation page describes Manual J sizing, permits, commissioning, financing and scoped pricing (see limitations - provider-published, associated-not-explicit scope, not a quote). Its published licence number MATCHES an active TDLR detail record: TACLA00095687E, Active, expires 03/20/2027, issued 03/20/2019, trade name ABOVE AND BEYOND A/C AND HEAT - CAVEAT: the detail shows COMAL county and no address, so the match rests on the exact licence number and trade name and the county DIFFERS from San Antonio (disclosed; the first lookup returned a different Brazoria business, not treated as this company). BBB (same website; a different ZIP from the current site - disclosed): A+, NOT accredited, 7 years, 5/5 from only 1 review, 0 complaints. Whether it serves 78245 is NOT verified.”
