“Headquartered in Roswell 30075 with more than 20 years serving the area, published cost guidance (about $350 average AC repair near Roswell, $50 to $1,500+ range), displayed HVAC license CN 211140, and a self-reported 4,374 jobs completed in Roswell in the last 12 months with a self-displayed 5.0 rating over 3,257 reviews.”
“A Roswell-based HVAC company operating since 1993 that emphasizes honest no-upsell pricing with a free second-opinion offer on competitors' quotes and advertises 24/7 emergency support, with a self-displayed 5.0 Google rating across 414 reviews.”
“Solid credentials on its Roswell page (serving Roswell since 1985, NATE-certified technicians, Trane Comfort Specialist, 24/7 emergency appointments) but it is based in Dallas, GA 30132 rather than Roswell and shows no review counts or ratings on the page.”
“Family-owned with license #CN208222 displayed and same-day service offered, but the company is based in Suwanee, GA and its Roswell page is thin marketing copy with no review counts, ratings, pricing, or years-in-business evidence.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
