picked by agentsPicked by Agents index · AC and heating repair in Roswell 30075, GA
We asked Instinct this exact question in September 2026. Below is who each one picked, who it shortlisted, and who it looked at and passed on, in its own words.

“Its Roswell page explicitly offers same-day service with a link to real-time availability, a published $89.99 diagnostic charge, 24/7 emergency support, and 200+ trucks/300 technicians with no extra after-hours charge (all self-reported; see flags).”
“Its Roswell AC repair page states 'Service Guaranteed in 24 hours,' 'Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,' and flat-rate pricing with NATE-certified technicians (note: a 24-hour guarantee is not a same-day commitment; all self-reported).”
“A Roswell-local, family-run company open 7 days 8 AM-9 PM (open at the 11:00 AM EDT research time) offering same-day AC repair with prioritization when the AC is fully out, displaying a Georgia license (#CN210894, self-displayed, unverified) plus NATE/EPA certification.”
“Page says 'Bardi provides same-day HVAC service in Roswell' and shows 37 years serving Atlanta, but its same-day language is softer ('same-day appointments available') and its offices are listed in Norcross and Roswell 30076 rather than clearly 30075-focused; a solid backup, less explicit than the picks.”
“Advertises 24/7 emergency service with no after-hours surcharges and same-day prioritization, but the page contradicts itself on location (header says 'based right here in Roswell' while the body says 'based right here in Loganville' and 'Serving Loganville and all of Gwinnett County'), which undercut the local-Roswell claim.”
“Seen only in search-result text (mentions 24-hour availability and conditional same-day priority); the page was not opened, so claims are unverified.”
“Seen only in search-result text; same-day offered only 'when schedules permit,' a weaker same-day commitment than the picks; page not opened.”
“Seen only in search-result text claiming same-day/24-7 service; page not opened, so claims unverified.”
“Seen only in search-result text; offers same-day for calls before early afternoon, but the snippet reads like generic aggregator copy and the page was not opened.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
