“Its own Nashville page describes Manual J sizing, lists a Tennessee license number (its own claim, not checked) and $0-down financing, and its address-matched BBB profile is A+ accredited with 36 years in business, but also 4 of 5 stars from 48 reviews and 17 complaints in three years (6 in the last 12 months, including corporate locations).”
“Its own page promises load calculations and free replacement estimates and its financing page includes Nashville options, and its address-matched BBB profile is A+ accredited with 4.98 of 5 from 97 reviews and 2 complaints in three years, though BBB shows a local start of 2019 against its own 40+ years claim and no contractor license number was found.”
“Its BBB profile is A+ accredited but lists only five years in business and zero reviews, its install page includes unrelated heating-maintenance filler, and no price or license number was found.”
“The Nashville-Air BBB profile opened links a different website and phone, so it could not be attributed to this company, and its own site claims licensing and financing without proof.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
