“A state contractor lookup in its exact company name shows an active license (expires 2028), though the classification was not shown so it is not confirmed as an HVAC license; its BBB profile shows A+, accredited, 4.98 of 5 over 97 reviews and 2 complaints in 3 years (1 in the last 12 months, answered), and its own page offers same-day AC repair when available (its own claim).”
“Its BBB profile (lists its website) shows A+, accredited since 2014 and 0 complaints, but only 2 reviews averaging 1.5 of 5, so the evidence is mixed; its claims of 700+ Google reviews at 4.9 and service since 2008 are its own and no license was checked.”
“Its own page lists a license number, 4.8 stars from 1,645 reviews and a satisfaction guarantee, all self-claims with no confirmed BBB profile, and its llms.txt frames value propositions, a Google rating and FAQ short answers for AI use, so it is demoted.”
“Its own page claims an A+ BBB rating, service since 2001 and a license number, but no BBB or license check was run and no repair price or review count was found.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
