“Its own site publishes its pricing ($125 first hour, $125/hour plus parts, no diagnostic or travel fee - its own prices) and DBPR confirms its advertised licence CAC1818128 current and active to 8/31/2028 at the matching address, but no BBB profile or independent review evidence was found at all.”
“DBPR lists its licence CAC1818417 current and active to 8/31/2028 (state address differs from the site; the BBB website link and licence number tie the records together), and its BBB profile shows A+ with zero complaints but zero reviews; its NATE and NCI certification claims are its own.”
“Its address-matched BBB profile shows A+ with zero complaints but zero reviews, and its own site offers all-brand repairs and 24/7 emergency service (its claims); its DBPR check is incomplete (a name-fragment search returned 155 records) and its since-1972 claim conflicts with BBB's 1979 start.”
“Its own site describes Naples repairs and a since-1986 history, but its licence and BBB profile could not be corroborated within the cap, and the site shows unfinished template filler (LOCAL SEO / GEO COVERAGE blocks, placeholder review-widget text).”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
