“Its own Naples page claims usually same-day repairs with 24/7 emergency service and no emergency call fees (its claims, availability today not verified), and the Florida DBPR lookup confirms an active license (CAC1820344, to August 31, 2028), though its BBB profile is not accredited with zero reviews.”
“Its own Naples page claims same-day emergency repairs (its claim, availability today not verified; its 24/7 is client support, not necessarily dispatch), the DBPR lookup confirms an active license (CAC1822786, to August 31, 2028), and its matched BBB profile is accredited A+ with 4.84/5 from 360 reviews, though its 2 complaints are both recent and it is Fort Myers-based.”
“Although its own page claims same-day Naples service and publishes a $150 service call with a $125 after-hours call-out fee, its llms.txt is a 387-line answer-library index assessed as short-answers-for-AI framing, so it was set aside and its prices and claims were not relied on; its BBB is also thin (A, not accredited, 3 reviews) and it is Cape Coral-based.”
“It claims Naples coverage and same-day emergency scheduling, but its opened pages publish no numeric diagnostic fee, its BBB profile has no customer reviews, and its license check is missing.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
