A/C Control, Inc.
ac-control.com“Its address-matched BBB profile shows A+ accreditation since 2015 and 21 years with zero reviews and zero complaints (little customer evidence either way), and the CSLB lookup shows its BBB-listed licence 850093 active (shown under a previous-name entry; results list only).”

Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning
brodypennell.com“Its address-matched BBB profile shows A+ accreditation since 1999 and 81 years with an active CSLB licence (256821), but BBB reviews average only 2/5 from 8 (recent 1-stars cite late or missed visits and one alleged unneeded $12,000 replacement, one disputed by the business) with 7 complaints in 3 years.”

Lions Heating & Air Conditioning
lionshvac.com“The CSLB lookup shows its own-site licence 1057295 active under the Lions DBA, and a map panel showed 5/5 from 633 reviews (read from the panel, not an opened page, unverified), but no BBB profile was found, so only the licence is independently checked.”

COLD CLOUD
thecoldcloud.com“Its own page says it was established in 2023 and gives no licence number, and no BBB or licence lookup was run within the query cap, so there is no independent evidence.”
Every month we asked
How we ran this
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
Want to know why they pass on you?
We run the questions your customers ask against your business every month and show you what the assistants saw.
