“Serving Houston since 1961 with a state-registered engineer owner, past local ACCA chapter president, NATE-accredited techs, a 100% guarantee, and 24/7 emergency heat-pump service.”
“Family-owned and serving Houston since 1989 with 24/7 service, dedicated heat-pump installs including Lennox systems, and custom HVAC design analysis for remodels and new builds.”
“Family-operated since 1947 offering the full heat-pump lifecycle (diagnose, repair, replace, maintain) with 24/7 response and Spanish-speaking technicians.”
“Rated 5.0 over 60 reviews with free estimates and warranties, but less public evidence of dedicated heat-pump installation specialization than the picks.”
“Strong 5.0 HomeAdvisor rating with engineer-led installs, but review evidence skewed toward AC replacement rather than heat pumps specifically.”
“Lists heat-pump installations among its core services, but I found only its own marketing page and no independent review trail.”
“Family-owned Trane dealer since 2003 with 24/7 emergency service, but heat pumps appeared as a side offering rather than a focus.”
“Licensed and insured with financing and heat-pump installs since 1989, but Katy-based rather than Houston-proper and the picks had stronger credentials.”
“Serving Houston since 1995 with all heat-pump types including hybrid and water-source, but less brand-name equipment detail and warranty evidence than the picks.”
“5.0 with 30 reviews and 16+ years in business, but appeared on a new directory listing with little verifiable heat-pump-specific detail.”

“Their page states they provide professional heat pump installation throughout Houston across standard split-system, dual-fuel and ductless mini-split configurations.”

“The page states heat pump installation services, with repair and replacement wording appearing only for heating systems generally rather than for heat pumps.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
