“Its BBB profile shows accredited since January 2025 and 1 complaint in 3 years, and a state license lookup in its business name showed an active license, but its 18 BBB reviews are mixed and the BBB address was matched only by name and city, so the entity match is weak.”
“Its BBB profile is accredited with 377 reviews but shows 32 complaints in 3 years (10 in the last 12 months), the A+ grade came only from a BBB search listing, and its license lookup was unhelpful.”
“No BBB profile was found and its license number and ratings are its own claims or a directory's, and its site showed a temporary provider outage notice.”
“Its page is mostly its own marketing claims, including a comparative claim and an $89 diagnostic, and no BBB or license check was run.”
“Only its own claims and promotional banners were found, and no BBB or license check was run.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
